Who we work with.

01

Our clients

Where technology decisions

are real decisions.

Our clients run businesses where technology decisions show up in revenue, in margin, in how the operation runs day to day.

Most have between 50 and 500 employees. They’re in industries where the business is the thing — manufacturing, professional services, distribution, specialty retail, healthcare — and where technology has stopped being a back-office line item and started being part of how the company competes.

Some have internal IT. Some don’t. Either way, they want someone at the table who can speak to both sides without translating between two languages.

What they share is a leader who’s done outsourcing the thinking. They want execution, of course. But more than that, they want a small, senior team who has been in their seat, who won’t learn the business on their dime, and who is willing to be held to the same standard they hold the rest of the leadership team to.

A turn

Who we don't

work with.

Companies that want a vendor.

If what you need is tickets closed and hardware swapped, there are good firms that do exactly that — we’ll point you to them.

Companies not ready to hear hard things.

The work doesn’t function if every honest recommendation gets parked in “let me think about it” for six months.

Every prospect who calls.

We take on a small number of new clients each year because we can’t do this work at scale and keep it good. When we say no, it isn’t personal — it’s the only way the model works.

If you read both halves and the first one is the relationship you want, we should talk.
