Operators first.
Technology second.
Between us, we’ve spent 65 years running and growing businesses — in retail, manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and process improvement — before we ever called ourselves a technology firm.
That’s the part we lead with. The technology is how we deliver it.
When a client brings us a question, the first thing we’re drawing on isn’t a vendor playbook — it’s the time we’ve spent in their seat.

I’ve run SinglePoint for 17 years. Before that I spent time on the helpdesk and software-support side of a national provider, and then moved into vehicle engineering — specifically to sit between IT and the engineering team and translate. That’s where I learned the part of this work that matters most: technology decisions are business decisions, and you can’t make them well if you don’t understand what the business is actually trying to do. We don’t back away from the hard conversations. That’s the whole point of hiring us.

I spent 20 years running IT for a company that both manufactured and sold its own product across 100+ retail locations, with HIPAA compliance layered on top. It’s an unusual combination, and it taught me something most IT careers don’t: the technology decision and the business decision are the same decision, and pretending otherwise is how companies end up paying for systems that don’t fit how they actually operate.

After graduating from the University of Michigan, I didn’t find what I was looking for in anyone else’s company, so I opened my own — a retail business in a space everyone told me wouldn’t work. That was 17 years ago, and we’re still the top name in our field. I’m at SinglePoint because the same instinct — finding the gap nobody else sees, then filling it — is exactly what our clients are paying for.
